Uses of Heptocid

An oral suspension that neutralises stomach acid or protects the stomach lining: magaldrate or aluminium and magnesium hydroxide with simethicone, alginate raft formulations, or sucralfate.

These are the first line products for acidity, heartburn and gas, and some contain oxetacaine for fast relief of gastric pain.
