The short version
We only collect what you choose to send us through an enquiry form or the chat assistant, and we use it to answer you. We do not sell it, and at the time of writing this website runs no analytics and no advertising pixels.

What we collect
When you send an enquiry through a form on this website, we receive what you entered:
- your name, phone number and email address
- your firm, city, state or district, where the form asks for them
- the product and quantity, for a product enquiry
- anything you write in the message field
- the page you sent it from, and the consent wording you agreed to
The chat assistant on this website is provided by a third-party service. What you type in it is sent to that service so it can reply, and any details you choose to share there can reach our team so we can follow up with you.
If you contact us by phone or WhatsApp instead, we hold what you tell us in that conversation.
How we use it
For one purpose: to reply to your enquiry about products, rates, PCD franchise or third party manufacturing, by phone, WhatsApp or email. Each enquiry is saved in our website system so our team can follow it up, and a copy is emailed to our business inbox.
- We do not sell, rent or trade your details.
- We do not add you to a marketing list you did not ask for.
- We do not build advertising audiences from your visit.
Who else handles it
Only the service providers this website needs in order to work:
- the hosting provider that runs this website and its database
- an email delivery service that sends each enquiry to our inbox
- cdn.lordicon.com, which serves the small player that animates some icons. Your browser requests it directly, so that provider sees your IP address as with any web request.
- YouTube, only where a page shows a video and you choose to play it. YouTube’s own terms apply from that point.
The WhatsApp and phone links open your own WhatsApp and dialler, and their own privacy terms apply once you are in them.
Cookies and browser storage
This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies for visitors. It stores a few small notes in your own browser so it behaves sensibly: whether the enquiry popup has already been shown to you, and the chat assistant may keep its own conversation state. You can clear them at any time from your browser settings. Staff who log in to manage the site receive a login cookie; visitors do not.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as the enquiry or the business relationship needs them, and deleted when they no longer serve a purpose. Ask us to delete yours and we will.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to md@monarkbiocare.com and we will respond. Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 you may also raise a grievance with us directly at the same address.
Children
This is a business to business website for pharmaceutical distributors, hospitals and brand owners. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
If the website starts doing something this page does not describe, for example adding analytics, this page changes first. The date at the top shows when it last did. Any question about it, write to md@monarkbiocare.com or use the contact page.
